This role is for gaming growth professionals only - not HR, recruitment, or general marketing.
What you’ll be responsible for- Plan, run, and scale UA campaigns for mobile games
- Manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Unity
- Optimize CPI, CPA, retention, and ROAS
- Own ASO for Apple App Store & Google Play (keywords, creatives, A/B tests)
- Analyze performance, creatives, and funnels to drive growth
- Work closely with product, design, and development teams
- Support game launches, updates, and live ops campaigns
- Proven experience in Mobile Gaming UA
- Strong hands‑on experience with ASO (iOS & Android)
- Deep understanding of CPI, LTV, retention, funnels
- Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
- Data‑driven and performance‑focused mindset
- Experience in MENA gaming markets
- Background in mobile or console games
- Experience working with influencers for game growth
- HR or recruitment
- Social media or content marketing
- General digital marketing profiles
