Manager - Entertainment Strategy

Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is a pioneering organization focused on creating world‑class entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our innovative team as a Manager – Entertainment Strategy. This role involves shaping our entertainment strategies and ensuring alignment with our ambitious vision.

• Collaborate with the Director of Entertainment Strategy to execute overarching strategies for the entertainment asset class, ensuring the achievement of portfolio and asset goals.
• Assist in the design and early development stages of entertainment assets, guaranteeing alignment with Qiddiya's offerings and financial objectives.
• Prepare essential project documentation, including Requests for Proposals, Scope of Works, Strategy Briefs, and other key materials.
• Work closely with consultants and third‑party vendors to provide insights and recommendations that align with project objectives.
• Conduct thorough analyses and research on theme park benchmarks and related strategic topics to facilitate informed decision‑making.
• Offer input on initial go‑live strategies encompassing the operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning, along with supporting implementation across Qiddiya functions.
• Develop and present materials for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of entertainment asset designs and strategies.
• Prepare necessary presentations and supporting documentation for relevant approvals from Qiddiya committees, senior management, and the board.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to development, business, financial, and operational plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in entertainment strategy or a closely related field.
