Front Desk Administrator – Riyadh

Reporting to: KSA Operations Manager
Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Front Desk Administrator plays a key role in driving sales growth and client retention while delivering a warm, professional, and seamless experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities- Client Experience & Reception
- Greet, register, and guide clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued
- Maintain clear communication in English and/or Arabic; respond to phone, Whats App, and email inquiries promptly and accurately
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders to maximize show‑up rates
- Handle complaints empathetically and resolve issues quickly to preserve client loyalty
- Ensure reception and waiting areas reflect Furless premium standards — clean, organized, and inviting
- Sales & Client Retention
- Promote treatments, packages, and retail products confidently and professionally
- Educate clients on home‑care routines and follow‑up treatments to encourage repeat visits
- Track and follow up with lapsed or prospective clients to increase return rates
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and upselling targets
- Support in‑branch marketing and promotional activities to boost new‑client acquisition
- Maintain accurate client records, purchase history, and preferences for personalized service
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Record all bookings, payments, and transactions accurately in the CRM/POS system
- Perform daily cash‑up and reconciliation in coordination with Finance
- Generate and submit daily and weekly performance reports (appointments, revenue, client feedback)
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Municipality standards on hygiene, safety, and documentation
- Coordinate with Operations on maintenance, supplies, and equipment servicing
- Professionalism & Team Alignment
- Uphold the Furless brand image — polished, professional, and client‑focused at all times
- Collaborate with therapists, treatment coordinators, and management to ensure smooth client flow
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales, service, and retention skills
- Demonstrate punctuality, accountability, and flexibility with shifts
- High school diploma or higher (Diploma in Administration or Customer Service preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, sales, or customer service (beauty, wellness, or hospitality preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/booking systems (Fresha experience preferred)
- Fluent in English (required);
Arabic is an advantage - Strong sales, upselling, and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Understanding of Saudi Municipality hygiene standards (training provided)
- Sales‑driven with a strong service mindset
- Professional, approachable, and emotionally intelligent
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and accountable
- Calm and confident under pressure
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and client experience
- Hours:
48 hours per week / 2 days off (rotational) - Compensation:
