Event Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a full‑time Event Specialist. This role involves managing school events from initial planning stages through to successful execution. The Event Specialist will coordinate with internal teams, oversee on‑site setups, ensure smooth operations during the events, and compile post‑event reports.

• Organise and oversee school events, including those for students, staff, and parents.
• Be present on‑site to manage the event setup and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including facilities, security, and external vendors.
• Ensure all event materials and logistics are handled effectively and on time.
• Submit post‑event reports, including photos, feedback, and insights for improvement.

• A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Proven hands‑on experience in event planning, logistics, and execution.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to be on‑site and assist with physical setups as needed.

  Flexibility in working hours is required, as some events may occur outside regular office hours.
