Job Opening:
Events Manager — Party Experts (Riyadh)
Party Experts is a leading party supplies retailer in Riyadh, with a dedicated events division — Party Experts Events. We design and execute celebrations of all sizes, from birthdays to large private events.
Responsibilities- Manage event bookings and client communication from inquiry to delivery.
- Design and execute event setups: balloon arrangements, backdrops, and decorations.
- Supervise the on-site team and ensure quality at every event.
- Prepare quotations and close deals with clients.
- Coordinate with the store on supplies for each event.
- Experience in event execution, balloon styling, or decoration.
- Strong client communication and sales skills.
- Flexible working hours (events are often evenings and weekends).
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
- Monthly salary: SAR 4,000 – 4,500.
- Performance bonus and percentage for every completed event.
