Role: Parade Operations Coordinator
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Contract: 6-Sep-26 to 29-Oct-26
Role SummaryCoordinate operational activities for parades, processions, and live event activations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of all parade-related operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate parade schedules, participants, and operational requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor parade setup, rehearsals, and live operations.
- Track operational plans, timelines, and action items.
- Support crowd flow, logistics, and event-day coordination.
- At least 2 years of experience in event operations or live events.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with parades, ceremonies, festivals, or large-scale events is preferred.
