Qiddiya Investment Company is actively seeking a results-driven Director - Finance Business Partner to join our innovative team. This strategic leadership role involves driving financial performance and providing critical insights to support our ambitious projects and initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will leverage your expertise in finance to influence business decisions and drive the financial success of our diverse ventures.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and translate complex financial data into actionable strategies will be vital in optimizing our operational efficiencies and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership and business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Monitor key performance indicators and report actionable insights to improve business performance
- Engage with stakeholders to develop financial frameworks that align with corporate strategy
- Drive the financial evaluation of new initiatives, projects, and investments
- Implement best practices in financial management and reporting
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (CPA/CMA) is highly desirable
- At least 10 years of relevant financial management experience, with a focus on business partnering
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence
- Proven track record of driving business results through financial insights
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with finance-related software and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
