Position Summary
The Head of Equity is responsible for leading the firm’s equity investment strategies, with a strong emphasis on the Saudi equity market. This role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, a proven ability in portfolio management, and strong research and trading capabilities. The role will oversee equity portfolio performance, manage and mentor the investment team, and enhance the firm’s offerings to institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience
:
Minimum 10 years in equity investment, with at least 5–7 years in portfolio or fund management roles, specifically within the Saudi equity market. - Proven record of managing and scaling high-value portfolios.
- Strong background in equity research and trading execution.
- In-depth knowledge of Tadawul trading systems and CMA compliance standards.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis.
- Certifications
:
Completion of CFA Levels I, II, III and CME-4.
