Assistant Manager - Investment

The Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for Investment to support our investment team in identifying, evaluating, and managing various investment opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. This role involves conducting extensive market research, performing financial analysis, and assisting in the preparation of investment proposals. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of investment strategies.

• Develop financial models and conduct due diligence.
• Analyze industry trends and prepare reports on investment performance.
• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or additional certifications (CFA, CAIA) preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Experience evaluating investment opportunities in real estate or private equity is a plus.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and investment analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Understanding of investment strategies, market trends, and financial markets.

• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
