• Build and manage strong relationships with business units in the Arts Division, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters
• Provide financial insights and analyses to support strategic planning and operational execution of arts initiatives
• Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans
• Conduct performance analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives
• Champion best practices in financial management across the arts projects
• Prepare and present financial reports and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance, with a significant focus on business partnerships or operational finance
• Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance management
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
