Core Assurance is a cornerstone of our Assurance practice, focused on delivering high‑quality audits that build trust and drive sustained outcomes. Our teams apply deep technical expertise and leverage advanced digital tools to provide independent assurance over financial reporting. Through a human‑led, tech‑powered approach, we help clients meet regulatory requirements, enhance transparency, and strengthen stakeholder confidence, creating impact across industries and society.
HowYou’ll Contribute
As an Audit Manager, you will manage the full cycle of audit assignments and lead an iconic client portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting proactively in the management of a portfolio of clients, managing day‑to‑day client liaison and technical issues.
- Identifying and researching opportunities for new and existing clients and building strong client relationships.
- Developing strategies to solve complex technical challenges and enhancing technical acumen for the team.
- Assisting in the delivery of large projects and ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Designing the audit strategy and managing audit execution in alignment with engagement leader guidance.
- Managing client relations with senior management, including delivering presentations to the board of directors and audit committees.
- Adhering to compliance with risk, quality and independence matters.
- Keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members and caring for their well‑being.
- Encouraging digital initiatives and audit transformation technologies to ensure a more robust audit.
- Participating in the recruitment process for interviewing and selecting competent candidates.
- A degree in accounting, finance or a related academic major.
- Minimum of 6–8 years of professional experience in external financial audit in one of the Big 4 firms.
- Completed recognised professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, ACA, CPA.
- Recent experience auditing banking clients is a must.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus.
- Applying ISAs on the external audit of financial services with profound IFRS knowledge relevant to the FS practice (IFRS9, IFRS
17) and financial services regulations. - Strong project management skills and experience managing an audit from planning to completion.
- Confidence in challenging yourself and others to complete high‑quality testing and documentation.
- Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships across all levels.
- Driving innovative thinking and supporting others through change and uncertainty to overcome hurdles.
- Experience encouraging a team environment that promotes collaboration and constructive challenge.

- Promoting and encouraging others to value difference when working in diverse teams.
- Knowledge of audit technologies and experience using data analytics tools is a plus.
