The OpportunityWe’re looking for an Analyst to join the Emerging Market Corporate Debt team in Riyadh. This is a unique opportunity to be part of Ninety One’s global credit platform while supporting the growth of the Saudi entity.
You’ll work closely with the Chief Investment Officer (Saudi Arabia) and the international investment teams to deliver world‑class credit research and generate high‑conviction investment ideas.

What You’ll Do- Conduct independent, bottom‑up credit research on corporates and financial institutions across Saudi Arabia and broader emerging markets.
- Generate differentiated investment ideas to help drive benchmark‑beating performance.
- Present clear and actionable recommendations to portfolio managers.
- Contribute to top‑down and sectoral analysis for positioning and risk assessment.
- Analyse financial statements, credit metrics, and qualitative factors to assess issuer fundamentals and sustainability.
- Monitor issuer performance and update recommendations as needed.
- Support the development of proprietary research tools, databases, and investment presentations.
- Participate in investment meetings and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- 2‑4 years’ experience in fixed income, credit research, or investment analysis, ideally within asset management, investment banking, or a rating agency.
- Strong understanding of corporate and financial institution credit fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia and GCC markets is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. CFA progress or qualification is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Intellectual curiosity, humility, and a genuine interest in continuous learning.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (required).
