We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst with three years of experience in the financial and investment services sector. The candidate should have expertise in corporate finance, valuation, and financial analysis, with a track record of supporting senior bankers in executing complex financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Modeling and Valuation: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate company performance and assess the value of potential investment opportunities.
- Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, private placements, and initial public offerings (IPOs). Prepare pitch books and transaction materials for client presentations.
- Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and potential investment opportunities. Analyze competitors and assess market positioning.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients and external stakeholders, offering insights and maintaining professional relationships to facilitate ongoing business development.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices set forth by the Capital Market Authority. Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting the investment banking landscape.

Collaboration:
Work closely with senior bankers and collaborate with other departments, including legal and compliance teams, to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- CME-5 is a must.
- 3 years of experience in investment banking or a related financial sector role, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Capital Market Authority regulations and compliance practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
- CFA or relevant finance certifications are a plus.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
