We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team  Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is critical in supporting the company’s financial health and providing analytical insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and financial data is accurate and complete.
• Perform comprehensive reconciliations across the general ledger, bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany transactions, and key balance sheet accounts. Investigate and resolve variances, ensure data integrity, and support accurate and timely financial closes in compliance with IFRS and internal control requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and addressing audit inquiries.
• Supervise, support, and train junior accounting staff, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
• Apply financial modeling and valuation techniques to support business analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• FM&V (Financial Modeling & Valuation) certification is required.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with demonstrated experience as a Senior Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with specific systems is a plus.
