We are searching for exceptional talent to join our growing organization in Riyadh. We are looking for top-tier individuals who are passionate about asset management, investment strategy, and portfolio oversight, with the ability to add value from day one. This role will lead the Asset Management team, overseeing investment portfolios, risk management, and client reporting. The position is responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

• Lead portfolio management and investment decision-making for assigned assets.
• Develop investment strategies and monitor performance against targets.
• Oversee the Asset Management team, providing guidance and support for portfolio management and research activities.
• Conduct financial, market, and operational analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with senior management to align asset allocation and investment decisions with organizational goals.
• Prepare investment reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
• Mentor and develop team members to strengthen analytical and decision‑making capabilities.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in asset management, investment strategy, or portfolio management.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CME preferred.
• Deep knowledge of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Proven track record in managing high‑value portfolios and delivering results.

Must be based in KSA with CME License(s).
