• Develop and implement cost control policies, financial tools, and procedures to improve profitability and optimize cash flows.
• Monitor and analyze financial and portfolio performance across business units/projects, ensuring budget adherence and KPI achievement.
• Consolidate and lead financial reporting for the company’s portfolio, providing accurate insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Identify financial risks, revenue leakages, and variances; recommend corrective actions and preventative controls.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and financial governance frameworks.
• Enhance and maintain ERP systems and the Chart of Accounts to improve financial visibility and reporting efficiency.
• Drive portfolio‑level financial assessments, profitability analysis, and return‑on‑investment evaluations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA, ACCA) are highly preferred.
• 6.5 to 9 years of progressive experience in Financial Controlling, Portfolio/Business Controlling, or related financial roles.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance management at a corporate or multi‑BU level.
• Strong capability in portfolio financial analysis, profitability assessment, and ROI evaluation for business units or strategic projects.
• Solid knowledge of financial governance, risk management frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, variance analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making using Excel, BI tools, or financial dashboards.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and support strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate financial insights within deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices in financial and portfolio controlling.
