• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
• Manage the accounting and finance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyse financial data to support business decision‑making processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including timely filings.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
• Review and improve internal controls and accounting processes.
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

A successful Chief Accountant should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

• Active CPA is mandatory. Additional certifications (CFE, CMA) are highly desirable.

• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Experience in high‑volume transaction environments or operationally complex companies.
• Prior experience in public accounting (Big Four preferred).

• Expert‑level knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Competitive salary between SAR 216,000 and SAR 230,000 annually.
