Role PurposeThe Senior Specialist will play a key role in driving internal process improvement and documentation enhancement initiatives within the Finance Center of Excellence (FCoE). The role focuses on analyzing existing finance processes, developing high-quality documentation, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, consistency, and governance across finance operations.
Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and improve existing finance processes to enhance efficiency and standardization.
- Design, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and workflows.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within finance operations and recommend practical solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional finance stakeholders to gather requirements and align process changes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementation across the FCoE.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, structured, and aligned with internal policies and control requirements.
- Support change management activities related to process updates and enhancements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance operations, process improvement, or documentation-focused roles.
- Proven experience in process design, SOP development, and workflow optimization
. - Strong understanding of finance processes and financial operations
. - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
. - Experience working with financial systems and tools; strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
