As a Finance Process & Operations Processor, you will serve as a subject matter expert in financial analytics, reporting, and process optimization within the finance function. You will be responsible for developing innovative financial reporting solutions, driving process efficiencies, and providing advisory support to business and finance stakeholders. This role requires deep expertise in SAP CO Profit Center Accounting, financial management reporting, and advanced finance systems.

You will influence key decisions, guide cross‑functional teams, and deliver solutions that enhance organizational performance and decision‑making capabilities.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of financial analytics and management reporting across multiple business units.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP CO Profit Center Accounting, Overhead Cost Controlling, and Product Cost Controlling.
• Develop and implement innovative financial reporting solutions using SAP and other analytical tools to enhance executive decision‑making.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Finance, IT, and Operations) to streamline finance processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze complex financial data to identify key performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Facilitate training sessions and knowledge‑sharing workshops for finance teams on SAP, Fiori, and reporting best practices.
• Provide advisory support and recommendations on process and systems improvements that impact multiple teams and functions.
• Ensure alignment of finance processes with corporate governance, compliance, and internal control standards.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives, ensuring systems and processes are optimized for scalability and accuracy.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving for financial reporting issues and propose sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and process owners to maintain and enhance SAP CO configurations and reporting structures.
• Provide metrics and dashboards to monitor finance performance and enable strategic business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across finance operations.
• Support the implementation and rollout of SAP Fiori applications and related digital finance tools.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in financial operations, reporting, and analytics.
• SAP Expertise:
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP CO Profit Center Accounting (mandatory).
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP CO Overhead Cost Controlling and Product Cost Controlling.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP S/4
    
    HANA Finance, and related financial modules preferred.
