Assistant Manager / Supervisor – Financial Reporting and Regulatory

The Assistant Manager / Supervisor – Financial Reporting and Regulatory supports the Finance Manager in managing financial and regulatory reporting activities. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective general ledger and asset management, while supporting team coordination, timely reporting, and continuous process improvement.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements, including Tax, Zakat, and Customs filings.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Manage and review General Ledger entries, reconciliations, and period-end closing activities.
• Assist in fixed asset management, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset registers.
• Support audit processes and coordination with internal and external auditors.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of finance staff and support task allocation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, even under tight deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and internal controls.
• Handle multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and asset management.
• 5+ years of relevant technical accounting experience.
• Professional certification: CA / ACCA / CPA.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
