We’re looking for a talented Investment Associate to join our growing investment team. This role is crucial in supporting transaction execution, fund management, and ensuring compliance with CMA frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sourcing, structuring, and execution of real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuations, and market analyses.
- Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and CMA filing documents.
- Coordinate due diligence with valuers, legal advisors, and consultants.
- Monitor fund performance, tenancy, and asset-level cash flows.
- Assist in investor relations, including reporting and capital account statements.
- Valid CMA certifications: CME-1 and CME-4
- Bachelor’s in Finance (Master’s preferred)
- 2–5 years’ experience in real estate investment
- Strong knowledge of CMA regulations and Saudi capital markets
- Proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV)
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English
