Finance Director; Real Estate Industry

As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business goals. You will also be responsible for managing the company's budget, financial planning, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
• Manage the company's budget and monitor financial performance, making recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue generation.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management for decision making.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors.
• Lead the finance team and provide mentorship and guidance for their professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and develop strategies for financial stability and growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA, CMA, preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficient in financial software and tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
