Finance Manager

Identify a hands‑on Finance Manager with proven capability to run project accounting, audit execution, and treasury coordination for a large‑scale construction giga project in Saudi Arabia

This is a control‑critical delivery role
, not a corporate finance or reporting position.

• Reports directly to Project CFO
• Embedded within the project/site organization
• Acts as a financial control and liquidity interface between operations, suppliers, auditors, tax authorities, and banks

• Construction industry experience
  , preferably on large EPC or giga projects
• Proven hands‑on experience in tax audits and accounting audits
• Strong operational command of SAP (FI mandatory)
• Prior experience managing an on‑site accounting team
• Exposure to treasury coordination
  , banking interactions, or cash‑flow reporting
• Demonstrated ability to operate under high stress
  , including supplier and subcontractor pressure

Purely corporate, advisory, or non‑operational profiles are not acceptable

• Full ownership of project accounting operations and accounting team leadership
• Direct management of tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits
• Manage Saudi tax and regulatory risk
  , ensuring full compliance with VAT and statutory requirements and readiness for audits.
• Own the financial integrity of SAP FI/CO outputs
  , guaranteeing reliable, decision‑ready information for the Project CFO and auditors
• Control of supplier and subcontractor financial interfaces
  , including disputes and reconciliations
• Treasury coordination
  , including interaction with project banks on facilities, guarantees, LCs, and cash positioning
• Preparation of cash‑flow and treasury reporting to support liquidity planning and CFO‑level decisions

• Experience on large infrastructure projects
• Prior interaction with ZATCA, external auditors, and banks
• Track record of clean audit closures under time and cash pressure
• Strong reputation for discipline, control enforcement, and reliability

• Secondary:
  GCC‑based candidates with demonstrable KSA project exposure

• Clear justification against each mandatory filter
• Summary of audit experience (scope, scale, role played)
• Description of treasury exposure (banks, facilities, reporting)
  SAP modules used and level of autonomy
