Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy Development :Lead the creation and execution of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Compliance and Risk Management :Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations; oversee internal controls and risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with senior leadership, auditors, and external partners to support financial transparency and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
Master’s degree is a plus. - SOCPAcertification is required.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
