Senior Financial Planning Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. The role focuses on preparing financial statements, developing financial models, and supporting management with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning: Support annual budgeting and financial planning cycles. Prepare forecasts and analyze variances between budget, actuals, and forecasts.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models and templates to support accurate forecasting and financial analysis.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial performance, trends, and key drivers. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial summaries.
• Business Support: Provide financial insights and support to management and other departments when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
