This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Financial Accountant located in Riyadh. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing financial reporting, and ensuring the use of effective accounting software. Daily tasks include monitoring budgets, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaboration with other departments may also be involved to streamline financial operations.

• Manage the full-cycle accounting process: AP, AR, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and ensure timely month‑end and year‑end close.
• Maintain the integrity of the chart of accounts and financial data structure.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and assist with audit preparations.

• System Administration: act as the primary owner and super‑user of Zoho Books; configure and maintain settings, users, roles, and permissions.
• Process Optimization: design, implement, and manage automated workflows within Zoho Books (e.g., invoice approvals, payment reminders, bank rule automation).
• Integration Management: oversee and troubleshoot integrations between Zoho Books and other business systems (e.g., CRM, Inventory, Payment Gateways, Zoho Analytics).
• Reporting & Dashboards: develop custom financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs within Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics to provide actionable insights to management.
• Data Integrity: ensure seamless and accurate sync of all financial transactions; perform regular data audits and clean‑ups.
• Training & Support: serve as the go‑to expert for the finance team and other departments on Zoho Books functionality, providing training and resolving queries.

• Experience with other Zoho suite applications (CRM, Inventory, Analytics).
• Experience in a high‑growth SaaS, tech, or SME environment.
• Knowledge of VAT/GST/Sales Tax reporting and compliance within Zoho Books.
• Experience implementing or migrating to Zoho Books from another system.
