• Manage, train and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Managing the finance team in accounting, optimizations and investments
• Delivering daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with forecasts
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Helping CFO in managing relationship with outsourced service providers like Legal, Auditor, Tax consultant and outsources resource provider
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
• Carry additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager, finance and administration
• Receiving and recording vendors invoices
• Accounts Receivables / Payable Reconciliation
• Bank Reconciliation
• Petty Cash Reconciliation
• Updating the Daily Bank Transaction
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Comply with zakat, GOSI and tax financial policies and regulations

• 1-3 years of experience in Saudi
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree
• Work experience as an Accountant in IT or services based industry is a must
• Good experience in google suite (google sheets, docs, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
