- Own end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, cash flow management, and monthly / year-end financial close.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, tax requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Work extensively on Odoo ERP for financial operations and reporting (critical requirement).
- Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide senior management with data-driven financial insights to support decision‑making.
- Optimize financial processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. - Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Finance Manager within a well‑known hospitality or travel company. - Systems:
Strong, hands‑on proficiency in Odoo ERP. - Core Competencies:
- Strategic financial planning
- Risk identification and financial control
- Leadership and stakeholder management
- Certifications & Training:
Preferred (CPA, CMA, ACCA are a plus).
