We're looking for a Finance Operations Officer with a focus on Revenue Assurance.

• Revenue Process Management:
  Oversee the processing and billing of all revenue-generating events. Audit sales orders and validate product/service pricing in billing systems.
• Revenue Assurance Initiatives:
  Assist in implementing initiatives to minimize revenue leakage for the Strategic Business Unit, analyzing leakage and developing prevention processes.
• Reporting:
  Prepare monthly and annual revenue assurance reports detailing leakage, corrective actions, and recovered revenue.
• Process Improvement & Controls:
  Evaluate opportunities to revise the revenue process, recommend preventive controls, and enhance efficiency.
• Data Integrity & Compliance:
  Reconcile sales data between front-end systems and SAP ERP, maintain audit documentation, and ensure compliance with corporate controls.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Actively participate in continuous improvement activities within the finance operations department.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  1–2 years in accounting; prior experience in B2C, B2B, revenue assurance, and reporting.
• Technical Proficiency: SAP or other ERP system; MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
  Travel & Tourism background; intermediate understanding of regional landscape.

• Strong relationship management, negotiation, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Team coordination and management ability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
