Sr. Investment Manager

Overview

Extensive executive-level experience (10+ years) in financial markets and investments across the Middle East, with direct exposure to global markets (Europe and/or other international markets).

• Proven leadership experience in Investment Sector.
• Deep hands-on experience in asset and portfolio management; investment services and fund management; end-to-end financial services across the investment value chain.
• Demonstrated track record in establishing, building, and scaling investment platforms, transforming organizations into leading regional players.
• Strong background in investment banking, including:
  Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A); financial structuring; capital raising (Equity & Debt); financial restructuring.
• Direct experience in launching and managing investment funds (traditional and alternative), with solid knowledge of international regulatory frameworks (e.g., UCITS or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience in the Saudi market, including: strong understanding of the local investment and regulatory environment; engagement with Saudi regulators and financial institutions; execution or oversight of investments and transactions within the Kingdom.
• Proven exposure to global markets and cross-border transactions.
• Multi-sector investment experience (e.g., healthcare, technology, education, logistics, services, etc.).

• Strong academic foundation complemented by extensive practical investment experience
• Professional background within reputable regional and international financial institutions
