Overview:
Our client is a growing company in the field of IT Services. As they continue to scale their operations in the region, they are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Chief Accountant to lead their financial functions in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, maintaining compliance, and supporting the firm 0growth.

• Full Accounting Cycle Management:
  Lead and oversee all aspects of the accounting department, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
• Payroll Administration:
  Manage and process monthly payroll, ensuring timely disbursements and compliance with KSA labor laws.
• VAT, Zakat, and Tax Compliance:
  Ensure the company is fully compliant with GAZT regulations, managing all filings, returns, and staying updated on local tax legislation.
• ERP Optimization:
  Utilize and maintain the ERP system to ensure data integrity, streamline financial workflows, and produce real-time financial insights.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS.
• Audit and Deadlines:
  Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensure all internal and external reporting deadlines are met consistently.

• Education
  :
  Minimum BA in Accounting.
• Experience
  :
  At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within the IT or service sector.
• Skills
  :
  Strong ERP proficiency, expert knowledge of KSA Zakat & Tax laws, and highly organized with a deadline-driven mindset.
• Languages
  :
  Good command of both Arabic and English.
• Availability
  :
  Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period residing inside KSA.
