Our client is a leading Publicly Listed Company in the Services industry. They are currently seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst Specialist (FP&A) to join their finance team in Riyadh. Reporting to the Group FP&A Senior Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, providing actionable insights, and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives within the Saudi market.
ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with corporate strategy.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business cases, investment opportunities, and long-term strategic planning.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
Provide the executive leadership with data-driven insights and what-if scenario analysis to support high-level decision-making.
Streamline financial reporting processes and enhance data accuracy by implementing best practices in FP&A.
Assist in the preparation of financial data required for regulatory filings and shareholder communications, ensuring adherence to IFRS and other standards for publicly listed entities.
- Education:
BA in Accounting; CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance. - Skills:
Expertise in Budgeting, Reporting, Financial Modeling, and Forecasting. - Languages:
Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English. - Location/Hiring:
Candidates must be currently based inside Saudi Arabia. - Availability:
Immediate joiners or those with a 30‑day notice period.
