We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin Officer to manage all accounting, finance coordination, and administrative activities for our Riyadh overseas branch. This role will act as the local finance and admin backbone, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while coordinating closely with the head office.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance- Maintain complete books of accounts for the Riyadh branch
- Record all sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts
- Manage invoicing, collections, and supplier payments
- Handle bank coordination, reconciliations, and petty cash
- Prepare monthly financial reports and submit to head office
- Support VAT/Zakat compliance and coordinate with external auditors or consultants
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
- Handle general office administration and daily operational support
- Manage staff attendance, leave records, and basic HR coordination
- Coordinate with local vendors, service providers, and government portals
- Maintain contracts, licenses, and branch documentation
- Support management with reports, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Act as the finance and admin point of contact between Riyadh branch and head office
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies
- Assist in audits, inspections, and internal reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and admin roles
- Experience handling overseas branch or multi-country reporting is preferred
- Knowledge of KSA accounting practices, VAT/Zakat regulations
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in trading, distribution, or project-based companies
- Arabic and English communication skills
- Prior experience working with head offices outside Saudi Arabia
