Finance Director - Manufacturing - Arabic speaker

Our client is hiring a Finance Director to lead the finance function within a manufacturing / industrial environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on tightening financial visibility across operations, strengthening controls, and partnering the business through change - whether that’s restructuring, a turnaround, or broader operational transformation.

This role will challenge you to make a real impact across the operational engine of the business. You’ll be central to improving decision‑making through better forecasting, clearer reporting, and sharper production‑cycle cost insight, while building credibility with key external stakeholders.

• Arabic speaking senior finance leadership experience in industrial manufacturing(not food manufacturing)
• Strong capability across cost accounting, inventory, and production‑cycle controls
• Proven experience in cash‑flow management, FP&A, and business planning in operational environments
• Track record in turnaround, restructuring, or transformation contexts (or businesses undergoing operational change)
• Confidence engaging banks, external auditors, and shareholder groups
