Our client is a rapidly growing, Riyadh-based business consulting services firm serving leading organizations across Saudi Arabia. For their growth plans, we are seeking an visionary Chief Financial Officer who will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, strengthening governance, and driving sustainable performance.
Role OverviewThe Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading all financial activities of the firm and acting as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team. This role requires a balance of strong technical finance expertise, commercial insight, and hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The CFO will support the company’s growth agenda, establish scalable financial structures, and ensure robust financial management across all operations.
Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on financial strategy and business performance
- Contribute to corporate strategy, business planning, and long‑term growth initiatives
- Lead financial due diligence and analysis for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion projects
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision‑making
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, ZATCA requirements, and statutory reporting standards
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury activities, and working capital optimization
- Design and manage KPI frameworks to monitor financial and operational performance
- Provide financial insight to improve pricing strategies, project profitability, and client engagement economics
- Partner with business leaders to enhance margin performance and cost efficiency
- Implement financial systems and processes to improve transparency and decision support
- Build and lead a high‑performing finance organization
- Develop scalable processes, policies, and systems suitable for a rapidly growing professional services business
- Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the finance function
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, advisors, and other external financial stakeholders
- Present financial results and strategic insights to the Board and senior management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all financial matters internally and externally
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience
, including senior leadership roles - Prior experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance
- Background in consulting, professional services, or a high‑growth environment is a plus
- Deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and corporate finance
- Proven track record of building and scaling finance functions
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of local financial regulations and compliance frameworks
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic language skills are a significant advantage
