Sr. Specialist Reports and Budget; Saudi Nationality

Responsible for reviewing budget proposals and requests for funding, following up on cost and benefit procedures and other types of analysis and submitting budget recommendations for approval of funding requests.

• Reviews budget proposals and funding requests.
• Preparing the final accounts (annual budgets, operating accounts and result account) and reports and financial statistics required for strategic decision making.
• Provides budget recommendations, explains recommendations and discusses them with the financial affairs general manager.
• Ensures that the company's budget complies with the approved legal regulations.
• Monitors expenses and identify spending directions as well as issuing quarterly reports on the variation between the specified and actual budget.
• Follows up on budget needs and plans for future budget.
• Prepares financial documents, reports and budgets.
• Conducts cost and return analyses and explores alternative financing methods that suit the company.
• Supports departments to determine their budgetary and annual expenses requirements and ensures that departments adhere to all procedures, policies and guidelines for budgeting.
• Monitoring the budget allocated to each department in order to ensure that the department remains within the budget.
• Supports in preparing and developing the annual budget schedule and assist in reviewing and auditing the proposed budgets by all departments.
• Prepares financial statements for revenues and cash flow for the company and companies under its management
• Prepare periodic and non-periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager

Bachelor degree Accounting / Finance or relevant specialty

SOCPA ,CMA , CPA
