A privately held investment group with a disciplined, long-term investment philosophy is seeking a senior investment professional to lead portfolio strategy and asset allocation across a diversified global platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of long-term investment strategies, ensuring disciplined asset allocation aligned with overall objectives and risk parameters.
- Oversee portfolio construction across public and private markets, with a strong focus on diversification, downside protection, and capital efficiency.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to investment professionals, fostering rigorous analysis, sound judgment, and continuous improvement of investment processes.
- Partner closely with principals and Investment Committee members to ensure alignment with broader financial objectives and related initiatives.
- Monitor global markets, macroeconomic trends, and alternative investment developments to proactively refine portfolio positioning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and boards across affiliated entities, contributing strategic insight on select greenfield and brownfield investment opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in investment strategy, asset allocation, or portfolio management within institutional, family office, or private investment environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across public and private markets with a long-term, risk-aware mindset.
- Strong strategic judgment, intellectual rigor, and comfort engaging at board and senior leadership levels.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence, mentor, and drive high standards across investment teams.
- Discretion, integrity, and alignment with a long-term, values-driven investment approach.
