Senior Manager, Finance & Commercial

The Senior Manager, Finance – Middle East is responsible for supporting the Managing Director, Edgenta Regional Headquarter ("RHQ") and Group Finance in managing RHQ operational finance, strategic and commercial finance, and regional financial reporting.

The role acts as a key financial and commercial enabler for Edgenta’s growth agenda in the Middle East, providing strong analytical, governance, and decision-support capabilities across investments, partnerships, bids, and portfolio performance, while ensuring robust financial discipline, compliance, and timely reporting aligned with Group requirements.

• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with regional and Group objectives.
• Ensure accurate, timely consolidation of financial results, management reporting, and performance analysis in line with Group standards.
• Lead financial modelling, business case development, and investment evaluations for bids, partnerships, JVs, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor financial KPIs across Middle East entities and ensure strong financial governance and risk management practices.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting, treasury, working capital, and month-end close processes at RHQ level.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, Group policies, and regulatory requirements; coordinate internal and external audits.
• Act as trusted finance advisor to MD RHQ, Group CFO, and leadership team, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team while driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Experience in regional finance oversight, preferably in infrastructure, asset management, engineering, or services industries.
