- Conduct thorough financial modelling (DCF, LBO, comparables), valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments
- Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and stakeholders
- Support portfolio management, monitoring performance, and value creation initiatives
- Collaborate on deal sourcing, structuring, and execution
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- CFA candidates will be preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or strategy consulting
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling (Excel), valuation techniques, and tools like Bloomberg
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Saudi/GCC markets is a plus; fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
