Extraordinary Cart is appointing a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial governance, compliance, and strategic financial direction as we scale toward our next growth phase.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial strategy, governance, and internal controls
- Ensure full compliance with ZATCA regulations, VAT, and e-invoicing
- Oversee financial reporting, invoicing, and cash flow
- Ensure full IFRS compliance and audit readiness
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong experience with ZATCA and Saudi tax regulations
- Hands‑on experience with ERP financial systems (implementation, control, and reporting)
