Finance Manager – Construction Industry

The Finance Manager will lead and oversee all financial operations for large-scale construction and engineering projects. The role requires strong financial leadership, strategic planning capability, and proven experience managing substantial budgets within large organizations.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with company strategy.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, project budgets, and cost control.
• Deliver timely financial reports and support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ensure strong financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15–20 years of progressive finance experience.
• Proven experience working in large-scale companies with substantial budgets (mandatory).
• Experienced in construction, engineering, or energy industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost control, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience managing large teams and financial systems.
  
  Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
