Investment Manager

• Lead individually consulting on all group investments and directly reporting to the Company shareholders
• Undertaking in-depth financial statement analysis
• Managing funds / portfolios investing in Equities.
• Analyzing and identifying securities for investments.
• Creating portfolios and monitoring performances.
• Providing ideas for new product launches.
• Conducting analyst’s meetings with the management of portfolio companies
• Assessing investment opportunities including business plans, assumptions and management capabilities
• Advising on the structuring of transactions
• Ability to solicit transactions
• Producing investment reports for both investment opportunities as well as portfolio companies

• Degree in finance and / or investment, MBA preferred
• CFA certification, other certifications are a plus
• minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience
• With 4 – 5 years as an Investment Manager/ Senior Investment Analyst, working with private equity, corporate finance, managing portfolio experience
• Solid background in consulting and leading investments
• Highly familiar with Saudi/ GCC investment market
• Dedicated, professional, Self-motivated, Achievement orientated, and well versed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP ERP knowledge is an added advantage
• Open to Arabic nationals with fluent Arabic & English
