Our client is a large-scale, market-leading organization in the Retail industry. They are currently seeking a strategic and experienced finance leader to join their executive team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to drive financial excellence and support the company's long-term growth objectives.

• Strategic Financial Leadership:
  Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s retail growth plans.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  Oversee rigorous budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support data-driven decision-making.
• Operational Oversight:
  Manage all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax compliance, and cash flow management within a high-volume retail environment.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
  Ensure robust internal controls, governance, and strict adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing actionable insights on financial performance and investment opportunities.
• Performance Optimization:
  Lead initiatives to improve profitability, optimize working capital, and enhance operational efficiency across retail units.
• Team Leadership:
  Direct and mentor the finance department to build a high-performing team capable of supporting a complex, large-scale organization.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience, with a proven track record as a finance leader within the retail industry and large-scale organizations.
• Education:
  
  Professional certification is preferred (CPA, CMA, or equivalent recognized qualification).
• Languages:
  
  Proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Joining Time: 30 to 60 days.
• Eligibility:
  First choice are candidates inside Saudi Arabia.
