Job Description Key Processes Currency Management

Assist in configuration and testing of:

• Exchange rate types and rate maintenance
• Foreign currency account handling
• Currency translation and revaluation processes
• Multi‑currency postings in banking transactions
• Support month‑end foreign currency valuation activities
• Assist in identifying exchange rate differences and gain/loss postings
• Validate currency impact on deposits, loans, and payment transactions
• Support treasury‑related reporting and currency exposure monitoring

• Assist in configuration and testing of:
  • Purchase Requisition s (PR)
  • Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Goods Receipt (GR)
  • Invoice Verification
• Support vendor invoice validation and payment processing
• Understand integration between:
  • MM & Payment Engine
  • MM & Currency Management
• Assist in multi‑currency procurement transactions
• Support reconciliation between MM invoices and banking payments

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

SAP training in:

• SAP Core Banking
• SAP Currency Management / Treasury
• SAP Materials Management (MM)
• Academic or practical exposure to banking or treasury environments

• Strong communication and presentation skills for client engagement
• Leadership and mentoring abilities within technical teams
• Project planning, task breakdown, and risk management capability
  
  Effective documentation and collaborative working style

• Close collaboration with senior Core Banking and MM consultants
• Exposure to regulated banking and treasury environments
• Participation in implementation, SIT, UAT, go‑live, and support cycles
• Structured mentorship and certification pathway
• Career progression toward:
  • SAP Currency Management Specialist
  • SAP MM‑Finance Integration Consultant
