To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new POS Financing Manager
Job purpose:
This role is expected to manage both internal and external POS financing activities for Geidea's customers, ensuring the smoothness of the financing process while achieving the highest possible profitability for the company.
Key accountabilities:
- Own the overall performance and growth of POS financing across Geidea’s merchant portfolio, including revenue, penetration, and portfolio health.
- Define, track, and optimize POS financing KPIs, taking corrective actions to meet business and profitability targets.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to POS financing policies and procedures across all internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Own partner performance management, including loan payout efficiency, fee collection, and commercial effectiveness.
- Drive the POS financing value proposition to maximize merchant adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights on POS financing performance to support strategic decision-making.
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7+ years of relevant experience in the financing domain.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
