At Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences while fostering a culture of care, respect, and excellence. We are seeking a talented and experienced Credit Manager to join our Finance team and contribute to the hotel's financial success.

The Credit Manager is responsible for managing the hotel's credit policies and procedures, ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts, minimizing bad debt exposure, and maintaining strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and business partners. The role plays a key part in safeguarding the hotel's financial interests while supporting business growth.

• Manage and oversee the hotel's credit and collection processes.
• Review, assess, and approve credit applications in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances and reduce bad debt risk.
• Reconcile disputed accounts and resolve billing issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Prepare regular credit and collection reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and documentation.
• Liaise with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure proper credit control.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
• Support month‑end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, or Finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with hotel financial systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic language skills are preferred.
