Risk Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Identify assess and monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project risk registers mitigation plans and contingency strategies
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments including schedule and cost risk analysis
• Perform risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders to identify and evaluate project risks
• Analyze the impact of risks on project cost schedule quality and overall project objectives
• Monitor risk mitigation actions and ensure timely implementation by project teams
• Prepare risk reports dashboards and presentations for project management and executive leadership
• Support project planning by integrating risk assessments with project schedules budgets and forecasts
• Utilize risk management software to perform risk simulations and scenario analysis
• Ensure compliance with organizational risk management frameworks policies and industry best practices
• Collaborate with project controls planning cost engineering and commercial teams to support informed decision-making

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree or professional certification such as PMI-RMP, FRM, CRM, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management or risk analysis within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or capital projects.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale engineering, EPC, PMC, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, Risk Watch, or equivalent risk management software.
• Strong knowledge of project risk management processes, including risk identification, analysis, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulation and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards).
• Knowledge of project cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule analysis.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced project environment.
