We are looking for a
Financial Reporting Assistant Manager
to support the preparation, analysis, and review of financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong financial reporting experience, preferably gained from a leading
audit firm
, combined with solid
Financial Management & Valuation (FM&V)knowledge and professional certification such as
CMA
.

• Support the preparation andreview of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting data.
• Assist inthe preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Review financial information and accounting treatments to ensure compliance with applicable
  IFRS/GAAP
  and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Finance teams, and external auditorsto address reporting requirements and auditqueries.
• Support the year-end closing processand ensure timely completion of financial reporting activities.
• Analyze financial results,variances, trends, andkey performance indicator sand provide meaningful insights to management.
• Assist in developing financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyseswhere required.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of financial reporting processes, controls, and procedures.
• Identify reporting risks and recommend improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
• Prepare presentations and financial analysis forsenior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated onchanges in accounting standards, financial reportingregulations, and best practices.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in
  Accounting, Finance, ora related field
  .
• 8–12 yearsof total relevant experience
  in financial reporting, accounting, financial management, or arelated field.
• At least3 years of experience in anaudit firm
  is required.
• Experience in
  Financial Management & Valuation(FM&V)is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in financial statementpreparation, analysis,and reporting.
• Previous experience working with external auditors and managing auditrequirements.

• Strong knowledge of
  IFRS and financial reporting principles
  .
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of financial management and valuation concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in financial reporting systems/ERP.
• Ability to analyze complex financial dataand translate itinto clear businessinsights.
• Strong attention todetail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to workunder tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership andteam collaboration skills.
