We are looking for a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager to support the preparation, analysis, and review of financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong financial reporting experience, preferably gained from a leading audit firm
, combined with solid Financial Management & Valuation (FM&V) knowledge and professional certification such as CMA
.

• Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting data
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages
• Review financial information and accounting treatments to ensure compliance with applicable IFRS/GAAP and company policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Finance teams, and external auditors to address reporting requirements and audit queries
• Support the year-end closing process and ensure timely completion of financial reporting activities
• Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and key performance indicators and provide meaningful insights to management
• Assist in developing financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses where required
• Support the implementation and enhancement of financial reporting processes, controls, and procedures
• Identify reporting risks and recommend improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting
• Prepare presentations and financial analysis for senior management and relevant stakeholders
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, financial reporting regulations, and best practices
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8-12 years of total relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, financial management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in an audit firm is required
• Experience in Financial Management & Valuation (FM&V) is highly preferred
• Strong experience in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting
• Previous experience working with external auditors and managing audit requirements

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Good understanding of financial management and valuation concepts
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in financial reporting systems/ERP
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear business insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
