Head of Treasury & Banking | Confidential | Riyadh
A large and well-established organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Head of Treasury & Banking to lead its Treasury function.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Treasury strategy, cash and liquidity management, cash-flow forecasting and working-capital optimization.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with major Saudi banks and financial institutions.
- Lead negotiation and management of financing facilities, credit lines, pricing, fees and banking agreements
. - Oversee LCs, LGs, guarantees, trade finance and other banking instruments
. - Manage treasury-related financial risks, controls, governance and compliance.
- Provide strategic treasury advice to the CFO and senior management.
- Lead and develop the Treasury team and drive process improvement and treasury digitalization.
- 10–15+ years of relevant Treasury / Corporate Finance / Banking experience.
- 3–5+ years in a senior Treasury leadership role such as Head of Treasury, Treasury Director or equivalent.
- Strong and established banking relationships in Saudi Arabia
. - Proven track record in banking and financing negotiations
, including facility agreements and commercial terms. - Strong hands-on knowledge of LCs, LGs, trade finance, credit facilities and cash management
. - Experience in a large/complex corporate environment.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
- Excellent English;
Arabic is an advantage.
